Now, I have realised that I don't like planning parties. My enjoyment stops after I've designed the invites, I'm just not into the rest of it. So with lots of help, the second party went really well and we really enjoyed ourselves. I hope our guests did too!
I wanted it to be a bit more girly that the Toy Story stuff in the shops so didn't buy any of it, chose two colours as a basic theme and went from there. I think it went well and we weren't bombarded with blue and green boyish-looking Toy Story merchandise.
Zoe loved it, it was simple to put together and reasonably stress free. My poor Mum was really sick and still managed to make an amazing chocolate cake anyway, she is awesome. Joel's mum put on a great lunch beforehand and helped make the day a huge success as we invaded her home and backyard.
Thanks to all who came and who gave Zoe such lovely presents, I can't believe my girl is THREE!

wow, it all looks so pretty and cool, bet she loved every minute :)
